Lisa is a chartered process engineer, experienced in the delivery of fast-track and complex pharmaceutical, manufacturing and animal healthcare facilities. As Director for Process, she heads up our EC&I, Mechanical & Piping and Process engineering teams in the UK, responsible for exceptional standards of delivery, resource management and the development of talent in this specialist area of the business.
Building on 15 years in the industry covering all aspects of process engineering and quality compliance, Lisa enjoys the mentoring side of her role to bring the best out of each individual she works with. For projects, she takes the lead on understanding a client’s requirements and ensuring that team members can share and take part in this vision when it comes to delivering their new space.
